					<description><![CDATA[<p>使用对立的事物来对治，属于奢摩他，它会让心来到与正在呈现的烦恼相对立的状态。而修习毗钵舍那则是不作为，不需要去做什么，只需要如其本来面目地知道：如身本来面目地知道身，如心本来面目地知道心。<br />
奢摩他是有所为的，并且有所为之后需要呵护，否则它便会退失，而毗钵舍那则不存在“必须”或“禁止”，它仅仅涉及：如其本来面目地知道。这两者是完全不同的。</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>正确的禅定是伴随觉性的，分为两种：其一称为“止禅”，即心聚焦于单一所缘。比如与佛号在一起，心不跑到别处；与呼吸在一起，心不往别处跑。伴有快乐、宁静、轻松、法喜的生起，这样的禅定可以用于休息。<br />
修习这种禅定的原则极其简单：以快乐的心，去持续觉知让心有快乐的所缘。</p>
